Who am I?
I'm the founder of TalentGeist and an ex-Googler.
Getting into Tech is HARD -- I'm a career-switcher (Finance to Tech), and I understand how confusing (and stressful) getting into Tech can be. The numbers are frightening low -- e.g., Google accepts <0.5% of applicants, and there simply isn't a clear-cut structure for the application process.
After years of analyzing the Tech recruitment process -- consisting of deep-dives with dozens of Tech recruiters, reviewing thousands of applications, and interviewing hundreds of candidates -- I teased out hyper-specific insights that distinctly separate winning candidates from those who are rejected. I bound them into resources that to this day show consistent traction.
